Changelog

What we have changed, newest first.

  1. Improved

A real mind map, and no more staring at a frozen screen

    • The mind map is now an actual branching map — the video title on the left, chapters fanning out from it, key points branching off each chapter, connected by curves. Every node keeps its timestamp, so clicking one jumps the player there.
    • While a video is being analyzed, you now see what stage it is at, a moving progress bar, and a preview of the shape the result will take — instead of one line of text that never changes for 20 seconds.
  2. New

Export to Obsidian, Notion, and Markdown

    • A new Export menu on the video page sends the whole note — TL;DR, key points, chapters, full transcript, and your Q&A — straight to Notion, opens it as a new note in Obsidian, or downloads it as a Markdown file.
    • The Notion export is properly laid out: video cover as the page cover, a table of contents, key points, and the transcript inside a collapsible toggle. YouTube timestamps are clickable and jump back to that moment in the video.
    • Exported content follows your interface language, and Q&A history comes along in every language you asked in.
  3. Improved

    Q&A conversations are saved now

    • Questions you ask about a video and the answers you get are stored. Refresh the page or come back days later — the conversation is still there.
    • Answers render bold text and lists properly instead of showing raw ** and - characters.
  4. New

    A full history page

    • Everything you have summarized now lives on its own /history page, instead of just the last few entries in the avatar menu.
  5. Improved

Videos you have opened before load instantly

    • Transcripts, analyses, and summaries are stored permanently. When the short-lived cache expires we no longer re-run the whole AI pipeline — an old video opens straight from storage.
    • Tabs that got cut off on narrow screens (Mind map, for one) now scroll into view when you tap them.
  6. New

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

    • Both documents are now published, in English and Chinese.
  7. New

Dedicated pages for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and online videos

    • Four focused landing pages, each explaining how summarizing works for that kind of video. They are linked from the footer.
